Massage techniques FOR LIFT REMODELING CREAM
Massage the face after applying the LIFT REMODELING CREAM to increase the absorption of the active ingredients, to counteract loss of firmness and to rebuild the volume of the skin.
STEP 1:
Put the index and middle fingers on the upper and lower eyelids. Gently pull towards temples.
STEP 2:
Lightly squeeze the skin under the eyes with your thumb and forefinger several times.
STEP 3:
Place the four fingers on both sides of the mouth. With slightly firmer pressure from the bottom to the top in the direction of the ears.
STEP 4:
Slightly squeeze the skin in the upper and middle part of the cheek a few times between thumb and forefinger.
STEP 5:
Between the thumb and forefinger of both hands, gently squeeze the skin on the forehead and behind the facial contour.
Lightly press the three areas shown in the picture several times. Put both hands on your neck and lightly tap in a circular motion from top to bottom.
STEP 6:
Place both palms on your face and hold for 3-5 seconds until you feel some warmth.
STEP 7:
Massage with three fingers (index to ring finger) at five to six points along the cheekbones.
STEP 8:
Gently squeeze the skin between the thumb and the four fingers in the lower cheek area. Release again and repeat this step several times.
