Apply pads under the eyes or on the nasolabial folds as the last step in your skin care routine. Leave on for 10 minutes, then gently remove. For a more intensive effect, massage the essence into the skin.

With the middle fingers on the inner corner of the eye and the Schlüche press. Repeat twice. Slide with all four fingers along the eye socket from the center of the face towards the temples while gently squeezing. Repeat three times.

Press with the middle and ring fingers gently next to the nose for 3 seconds. With the ball of thumb glide outward along the cheekbones from the center of the face, gently pressing. Finally, gently lift the skin on the outer cheekbone for 3 seconds. Cover the face with the palms and gently press for 3 seconds.
